These can be the introduction of a management initiative affecting part of the business, a major 'cultural change programme' or the so called 'simple' but painful reorganisation. All of these have their separate demands but have have the common need to be designed, managed and driven through to completion – taking your people with you.

We have recently made contributions to successful bids for the London Overground and Cross Country Rail Franchises, produced one of the first Passengers' Charter to be be awarded a Campaign For plain English Crystal Mark and supplied National Rail Enquiries' first Interactive Virtual Assistant.
